This Privacy Policy describes how Sobremesa Press ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sobremesapress.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to send (typically your name, email address, and message).
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may keep server logs that include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of access. These logs are retained for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and analytics. We use essential cookies needed for the website to function. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage (pages viewed, time on page, country, device type). Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept the cookie banner, Google receives only anonymized, cookieless measurement pings with no personal identifiers. If you accept, full Google Analytics cookies are set. You can decline through the cookie banner at any time, in which case only the anonymized measurement remains. We do not currently run third-party advertising networks; if we add any in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

Third-party content
Photographs on this site are licensed from Unsplash and credited to their photographers. We embed Google Analytics 4 for aggregate measurement (see the Cookies and analytics section above for how consent is handled). We do not currently embed third-party advertising networks. If we add any in the future, this policy will be updated and the cookie banner will be adjusted accordingly.
